Why Phi Kappa Psi?
Because the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity prides itself on its motto, “Men of Excellence.”
We are Gentlemen, Leaders, Scholars, and Athletes.
-
Phi Kappa Psi was founded in 1852 at Jefferson College in Canonsburg, PA. Our founders believed in 'the great joy of serving others' and we maintain and uphold this maxim. The Cal Eta chapter at Cal Poly was formed in 1966 and has never been stronger than it is today. We have sixty active Brothers and substantial support from our local alumni. We pride ourselves on being men of excellence - men who are leaders academically, who are successful athletes, and who are involved and visible members of the campus and Greek communities.
If you seek brotherhood and a lifelong commitment to something that is guaranteed to build character and be the defining experience of your college career, we would be pleased to meet you.
